The XAG R100 is an agricultural rover designed for orchard and greenhouse plant protection. It features an onboard RevoSpray system with dual centrifugal atomizers producing 60 to 200 μm droplets from a 120 L tank, delivering up to 8 L/min flow rate via dual flexible impeller pumps lasting over 300 hours. A high-efficiency ducted fan generates up to 7 m horizontal spray range per side with an air guide shroud for wider spray angle. The vehicle measures 80 cm wide, weighs 80 kg, and travels at up to 1.5 m/s with 20 percent maximum gradeability on a four-wheel-drive all-aluminum chassis with suspended portal axle providing 270 mm ground clearance. The XAG SRC 5 remote controller with 7-inch 1,200-nit touchscreen provides HD FPV video feed via XLink with 8-hour battery life. Cruise mode maintains 0.1 to 1.5 m/s steady speed with variable-rate spraying. Path tracking uses vision algorithms, and repeat mode records manual runs for autonomous replay. Onboard RealTerra mapping captures images for route planning. CM-level positioning supports cloud and mobile RTK. AI safety assistance detects pedestrians with alert at 4 m and stop at 2 m.
