Description

The Unitree Dex3-1 is a 3-finger power control dexterous hand with 7 degrees of freedom, weighing 710 g and measuring 175 by 88 by 77 mm. It uses 6 micro brushless force control joints with direct drive and 1 micro brushless force control joint with gear drive, combining force and position hybrid control. The thumb has 3 DOF and index and middle fingers each have 2 DOF. It integrates 33 tactile sensors (9 pressure sensors) with 10 g to 2,500 g perception range and supports open-source development. Two micro brushless force control joint models (F-1515-108 and F-1515-214) weigh 45 g each with 1,000 Hz communication control frequency via high-speed unibus, delivering up to 0.76 N·m and 1.498 N·m maximum ideal torque respectively. It operates on 12 to 58 V, communicating via USB 2.0 at 1,000 Hz. Load capacity is 500 g with 400 W peak power for 3 seconds. Working temperature is -20 to 60 degrees C. Compatible with the G1 humanoid robot. Targets research and industrial manipulation applications.
