The Unitree As2 is a compact industrial quadruped robot weighing approximately 18 kg with battery, measuring 720 by 378 by 457 mm standing. Available in AIR, PRO, and EDU variants with maximum joint torque of 65, 75, and 90 N·m respectively and torque-to-weight ratios up to 5 N·m/kg. It reaches over 5 m/s top speed, climbs 40-degree slopes and 25 cm stairs, with a standing payload up to 65 kg and continuous walking load up to 15 kg. A 648 Wh (15,000 mAh) battery provides over 4 hours unloaded and over 2.5 hours with 15 kg load, exceeding 13 km range. IP54 rainproof design enables all-weather operation from -20 to 50 degrees C. The Bionic Embodied Large Model enables agile running, climbing, and jumping. The ISS 3.0 Intelligent Follow System with an 8-core CPU provides centimeter-level positioning. The PRO variant adds 4G, GPS, and the ISS 3.0 system. The EDU variant supports secondary development with optional Orin NX high-compute expansion. Twelve aluminum alloy joint motors with industrial-grade crossed roller bearings, dual encoders, and local air cooling provide power. Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, speaker, microphone, front light, HD camera, and Gigabit Ethernet are standard. Continuous OTA upgrades are supported. Targets industrial inspection, research, and security applications.
