Description

The SEER SPK-M50J-ZQ is a laser SLAM multi-layer carton transfer autonomous robot measuring 1,700 by 1,000 mm (or 2,000 by 1,200 mm) and weighing 500 kg with a 1,900 to 2,200 mm rotation diameter. It carries 50 kg per layer across 3 to 6 back tray layers for a total 300 kg maximum robot load. A fork gripper with 2D vision correction picks material bins measuring 400 by 300 by 280 mm to 800 by 600 by 280 mm. Picking height ranges from 400 to 4,000 mm with 0.6 m/s maximum lifting speed. The 1,000 mm width navigates aisles as narrow as 1,110 mm. Four navigation methods of SLAM, QR code, reflector, and NFL achieve ±5 mm and ±0.5-degree positioning accuracy at up to 1.5 m/s. A 48 V 46 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery provides over 8 hours runtime with under 1.5-hour automatic charging. Dual front and rear laser radars with safety edge sensors provide comprehensive protection. Standard features include 2D recognition for material bin pick and place, bar code recognition, E-stop, bumper strip, Wi-Fi roaming, and automatic charging. Optional features include material bin detection on back tray and fork, plus QR code navigation. Optical communication offers enhanced security. Customization includes fork gripper, back tray, and color options. Targets industrial logistics material handling.
