Forks measure 1,220 by 173 by 60 mm with 600 or 680 mm outer widths. AI pallet recognition supports multiple specifications, colors, wrapped films, and damaged pallets with adaptive multi-angle high-accuracy forking. A 40 m detection range with 3D obstacle avoidance laser, safety edge sensor, distance sensor, and hardware self-inspection creates 4-layer safety protection, with braking distance under 30 cm at 1 m/s and under 50 cm at 1.5 m/s. Driving speed reaches 1.5 m/s full load and 1.66 m/s no load. Dual spring shock absorbers on driving wheels and enhanced hydraulic cylinders come standard. Right-angle stacking aisle widths are 1,970, 1,891, and 1,881 mm plus 200 mm depending on pallet configuration.
