The iHawkP100Q is a 3D camera module from Hekongtek featuring a 940 nm single-polarization VCSEL with high polarization extinction ratio of 1000 to 1 for strong multipath reflection noise suppression. It provides a detection range of 0.3 to 8.0 meters with depth accuracy of plus or minus 1 mm at 60 cm, a resolution of 640 by 400 at 30 fps, and an effective field of view of 72 degrees by 50.5 degrees. It outputs synchronized depth, color, and infrared images, designed for service robots, logistics robots, industrial robots, and AIoT applications.
