The Guoxing PLT1000 is a waterproof tracked robot tank chassis designed for complex environment mobility solutions. It weighs 170 kg with a 100 kg payload capacity, measuring 1,100 by 800 by 460 mm with a 120 mm chassis height. Equipped with a Christie and Matilda four-wheel balance suspension and six independent vibration absorbers, it handles 40-degree slopes, stairs, and 180 mm obstacles at up to 1.6 m/s. Rated IP66 with stainless steel body and Kevlar-fiber-reinforced rubber tracks, it uses 48 V DC brushless motors with 82 N·m rated torque and supports CAN bus protocol for secondary development. A 280 by 300 by 300 mm interior space accommodates sensing, industrial control, cameras, and routing equipment.
