The FAIRINO FR5 is a six-axis collaborative robot that was the first in the cobot field to obtain CR certification. It offers a 5 kg rated payload (7 kg maximum), 922 mm reach, and ±0.02 mm repeatability per ISO 9283. Weighing approximately 22 kg with a 149 mm footprint, it uses a self-developed real-time control system integrating flexibility, safety, and ease of operation with industrial-grade precision and stability. The DC or AC MINI controller supports 16 digital I/O, 2 analog I/O, and SDK for C#, C++, Python, ROS, and ROS2 with optional industrial protocols. A safety box and 10.1-inch teach pendant are included. It targets industrial and manufacturing applications including automotive, 3C electronics, food and beverage, and healthcare.
