The FAIRINO FR5-WML is a CR-certified long-reach collaborative robot with a 5 kg payload and 1,900 mm reach, achieving ±0.1 mm repeatability. Weighing under 45 kg with a 190 mm footprint, it reaches 2 m/s TCP speed and operates from -20 to 45 degrees C. It features a self-developed real-time control system with graphical programming, zero-force drag-to-teach, and IP54 protection (IP65 optional). The DC or AC MINI controller provides 16 digital I/O, 2 analog I/O, and SDK support for C#, C++, Python, ROS, and ROS2 with optional industrial Ethernet protocols. A safety box and 10.1-inch teach pendant are included. It targets industrial manufacturing including moxibustion, welding, screw-locking, and plasma cutting.
