The FAIRINO FR3-WMS is a lightweight collaborative robot specifically designed for flexible production and complex welding scenarios. It offers a 3 kg payload, 622 mm reach, and ±0.02 mm repeatability. Weighing approximately 10.5 kg with a 30 percent weight reduction over standard models, it features a sixth axis with ±360-degree working range for complex welding tasks. IP54 protection (IP65 optional) resists dust, oil, and water jets for harsh welding environments. The DC or AC MINI controller provides 16 digital I/O, 2 analog I/O, and SDK support for C#, C++, Python, ROS, and ROS2 with optional Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and EtherCAT. It targets industrial manufacturing and welding applications.
