The EngineAI JS01 is a heavy-duty quadruped robot with a payload capacity of up to 80 kg and a top speed of 3 m/s. It features full-stack independently developed integrated joint modules with a proactive active cooling system for sustained performance under continuous high-load operation. A multi-sensor fusion perception system combines LiDAR, a wide-angle vision camera, and an IMU to construct a 360-degree perception network with millisecond-level data fusion for obstacle identification and terrain analysis. A self-developed AI navigation algorithm integrated with SLAM achieves centimeter-level positioning and intelligent dynamic obstacle avoidance. The body uses aviation-grade aluminum alloy cladding, and a high-capacity battery with intelligent energy management provides extended runtime. It targets industrial inspection, logistics, and multi-terrain operations.
