The DUCO Mobile Cobot System from DUCO Robots is a mobile collaborative robot platform with body dimensions of 950 by 600 by 700 mm, a combined accuracy of plus or minus 0.3 mm, SLAM and QR code navigation, and a maximum platform load of 350 kg. It features full-area safety protection, an integrated demonstrator, and charging versatility with single battery stations and multi-battery stations supporting 3 to 4 minute battery replacement times. It is designed for automated material handling at semiconductor production lines, complying with Cleanroom ISO14644-14, SEMI S2, and ESD standards, suitable for wafer test, BG, WS, DB, WB, and Final Test processes.
