The DOBOT CR10AS is a wide-reach collaborative robot with a 10 kg payload, 1,525 mm maximum reach, and up to 4 m/s operating speed. DH parameters compensation technology and a vibration suppression algorithm ensure high reliability during high-speed operation. It features SafeSkin pre-collision sensing for proximity and contact detection of human bodies and objects at 5 to 15 cm range with 0.01-second sensing and 0.1-second emergency stop execution. Weighing 40 kg with ±0.03 mm repeatability, it targets loading and unloading, assembly, bin picking, gluing, quality inspection, screwdriving, and transporting. Deployments include packaging and palletizing and PCB board burn-in assembly line handling in industrial manufacturing.
