Ripley from Bynav is a highly integrated 3-channel high-precision broadband GNSS RFIC. Each channel integrates an RF front-end, IF filter, AGC, and AD converter, capable of simultaneously receiving BDS, GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo all-system multi-frequency signals from 1.1 GHz to 1.7 GHz. It features a sampling rate up to 120 MHz with configurable filter bandwidth from 4 MHz to 40 MHz, integrated 4-bit ADC supporting SIG/MAG, binary complement, and unsigned code types, four-wire SPI at up to 10 MHz, and an operating temperature range of minus 55 to plus 125 degrees Celsius in a QFN56 7 mm by 7 mm package. Full-chip working current is typically 80 mA.
