Description

The Unitree Dex1-1 is a professional-grade robotic gripper designed for embodied AI applications, weighing 550 g and measuring 143 by 78 by 67 mm. It features a 90 mm stroke with adjustable gripping force from 5 to 120 N and adjustable speed from 50 to 375 mm/s. Position resolution is 0.1 mm at fingertip with a 0.24-second full-stroke shortest closing time on 80 mm jaws. Form-fitting grasp load reaches 20 kg and friction grasp reaches 5 kg. A 5 N·m peak torque motor with 1:25 reduction and 15-bit absolute encoder operates on 24 to 64 V (24/48 V recommended) at 0.03 A static and 3.5 A peak current. Communication is via high-speed RS485 at 6 Mbps and 1,000 Hz control frequency. Optional accessories include a depth camera (D405), RGB camera (160-degree FOV), and 485-to-USB adapter. It operates from -20 to 60 degrees C and is compatible with standalone use or on G1, H1, and R1 humanoid robots.
