The SEER SFL-CPD30-Y is a counterbalanced autonomous forklift with a 3-ton ultra-high load capacity and 500 mm load center distance. Forks measure 1,070 by 125 by 45 mm with an adjustable width range from 450 to 750 mm, compatible with both open and closed pallets. It supports intelligent cargo detachment detection and soft-body safety stacking for fertilizer bags and particle bags. AI deep learning recognizes pallets, racks, and cages in different colors and sizes with multi-angle adaptive precision. Ultrasonic technology provides real-time online detection of goods-to-fork separation status. A 40 m detection range with 3D obstacle avoidance laser, safety edge sensor, distance sensor, and hardware self-inspection provides 4-layer safety protection. A 48 V 300 Ah battery provides 8 to 10 hours runtime with 3 to 4-hour charging. Speed is 1.3 m/s full load and 1.5 m/s no load with ±10 mm and ±1-degree positioning accuracy.
