Forks measure 1,070 by 122 by 40 mm with manually adjustable width from 400 to 700 mm, compatible with both open and closed pallets. Ultrasonic technology detects real-time separation status between goods and forks for safe stacking. A 40 m detection range with 3D obstacle avoidance laser, safety edge sensor, distance sensor, and hardware self-checks provides 4-layer safety protection. A 24 V 200 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery provides 6 to 8 hours runtime with 2-hour fast charging and 2-minute beginner-friendly battery replacement. Speed reaches 1.5 m/s with ±10 mm and ±1-degree positioning accuracy. Right-angle stacking aisle widths range from 2,805 to 2,989 mm plus 200 mm. Cage stack, high shelf pallet recognition, and pallet stack are optional. Customizable fork width, robot height, color, and logo are supported.
