The SEER SBA-400EU is a CE-certified (ISO 3691-4:2020) safety autonomous mobile robot with an ultra-thin body measuring 958.2 by 631.4 by 182 mm (excluding laser) and weighing 100 kg with a 400 kg rated load and 1,004 mm rotation diameter. Dual diagonal SICK HV lasers and up to two 3D cameras at front and rear detect low obstacles. Navigation supports laser SLAM, QR codes, reflector plates, and NFL, achieving positioning accuracy from ±2 to ±5 mm with ±0.5-degree angle at up to 1.5 m/s. A SEER safety controller with safety laser featuring multiple switchable field sets and double safety encoders enables real-time perception and dynamic avoidance range adjustment. A 48 V 23 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery provides 8-hour runtime with under 1-hour charging. The chassis clears 20 mm ground height with a 196.5 mm laser scanning height, handling 5 percent slopes, 5 mm steps, and 30 mm gaps with a 771.4 mm minimum aisle width. Abundant I/O, CAN, and RS485 interfaces support various upper mechanisms. Standard features include E-stop button, speaker, ambient lamp, Wi-Fi roaming, and automatic charging.
