The SEER AMB-300XS is a CE-certified (ISO 3691-4:2020) laser SLAM autonomous mobile robot chassis measuring 842 by 582 by 302.5 mm and weighing 120 kg with a 300 kg rated load and 972.6 mm rotation diameter. Rich expansion interfaces include I/O, CAN, and RS485 for various upper-level mechanism applications. Two SICK nanoScan3 LiDARs provide navigation at ±5 mm accuracy and ±0.5-degree angle at up to 1.5 m/s. A 48 V 40 Ah ternary lithium battery delivers 12-hour runtime with under 2.5-hour charging. It clears 27 mm ground height with a 185.43 mm laser scanning height, handling 5 percent slopes, 5 mm steps, and 30 mm gaps with a 722 mm minimum aisle width. It passes ISO Class 4 cleanliness testing, enabling direct use in semiconductor and high-cleanliness industries. 3D obstacle detection and reflector navigation are supported. Basic functions include map editing, model editing, positioning and navigation, differential motion, and peripheral extensions. Standard features include E-stop button, speaker, ambient lamp, Wi-Fi roaming, and automatic charging. Optional features include shelf recognition, 3D obstacle avoidance, and QR code precise positioning. Targets industrial logistics, warehouse, and semiconductor manufacturing.
