The SEER AMB-150 is a laser SLAM autonomous mobile robot chassis measuring 800 by 560 by 200 mm and weighing 66 kg with a 150 kg rated load capacity and 840 mm rotation diameter. Four mounting holes and rich interfaces above the chassis support flexible integration of lifting mechanisms, rollers, robotic arms, latent traction, and pan-tilt systems. Multiple navigation methods including laser SLAM, laser reflector, and QR code achieve repeated positioning accuracy up to ±2 mm (standard ±5 mm with ±0.5-degree angle). A 48 V 25 Ah lithium iron phosphate battery provides 12-hour runtime with under 1-hour fast charging (10 to 80 percent), supporting manual, automatic, and fast battery swap methods. The chassis clears 25 mm ground height with a 228 mm laser scanning height. Passability handles up to 5 percent slopes, 5 mm steps, and 10 mm gaps with a 700 mm minimum aisle width at up to 1.4 m/s navigation speed. Standard features include E-stop button, speaker, ambient lamp, Wi-Fi roaming, and automatic charging. Optional features include dual LiDAR, shelf recognition, laser reflector navigation, and 3D obstacle avoidance. EMC and UN38.3 certified, it operates from 0 to 50 degrees C. Based on SEER’s complete system software, it supports full-factory robot deployment, dispatching, operation, and MES integration. Targets industrial logistics and warehouse material handling.
