Description

The PUDU T300 is an autonomous mobile robot for industrial material delivery, measuring 835 by 500 by 1,350 mm and weighing 65 kg with a 300 kg maximum load capacity. It navigates using VSLAM and LiDAR SLAM with a 60 cm minimum path clearance at up to 1.2 m/s. Three delivery modes include auto-delivery for autonomous goods transport to any destination with quick map adjustments for production line changes, follow mode using visual recognition for multi-robot queuing during material preparation, and power-assist mode with an electric system for hand-pushing during manual tasks or map generation. Expandable attachments support standard, shelf, lifting, and towing configurations. PUDU VSLAM+ enables rapid adaptation to production layout changes without facility remodeling. Safety features compliant with ISO 3691-4 include LiDAR sensors, depth cameras, collision protection sensors, and emergency stop buttons, with the ability to identify low-lying and suspended obstacles plus yellow safety lines. It crosses 20 mm thresholds and 35 mm grooves between production lines. A 30 Ah battery provides 12 hours unloaded or 6 hours fully loaded runtime with 2-hour fast charging and automatic recharging or battery swap support for 24/7 operation. Multimodal interaction uses high-brightness indicator lights, traffic signal designs, customizable buttons, and audible alerts. IoT integration covers e-gate control, elevator control, pager calling, and PUDU Link app management.
