The PUDU FlashBot Max is a building delivery robot engineered for semi-outdoor hotel environments using the PUDU VSLAM+ navigation system. It navigates indoor rooms as well as garden corridors, fitness zones, and poolside areas. Full-scope IoT integration enables communication with building devices for automatic calls, turnstile access, and elevator usage without manual intervention. Cloud elevator control requires no hardware modifications and is compatible with KONE and OTIS brands, while a self-developed hardware elevator solution adapts to various buildings. The robot measures 538 by 534 by 1,052 mm and weighs 60 kg, carrying 10 kg per layer across 2 to 4 adjustable compartments with a 9-hour runtime and 4-hour charging. Password, phone number, and NFC verification secure compartment access. Multiple sensors provide 3D obstacle avoidance for low and overhanging obstacles. A continuous compartment ventilation system eliminates odors. Rapid multi-floor map replication speeds deployment. It supports auto charging and multi-robot scheduling with optimized task allocation. The 60 cm path clearance enables navigation of narrow building corridors and elevators at adjustable speeds from 0.5 to 1.2 m/s.
