The FAIRINO FR3-WML is an ultra-lightweight collaborative robot designed for high-precision welding and flexible manufacturing. It offers a 3 kg payload, 922 mm reach, and ±0.05 mm repeatability, weighing approximately 11.25 kg with a 50 percent weight reduction. The compact design allows single-person handling, while built-in collision detection enables safe human-robot collaboration. The sixth axis provides ±360-degree rotation for complex curved surface welding. Rated IP54 (IP65 optional) with resistance to dust, oil, and water jets, it uses the same controller and SDK platform as the FR series. It targets industrial manufacturing and welding applications.
