Description

The DOBOT E6 ROS Mobile Platform integrates the Magician E6 6-axis robotic arm with a mobile chassis for indoor robotics research. The chassis measures under 520 by 520 by 350 mm, weighs under 25 kg, and supports up to 50 kg payload with over 6 hours of unloaded battery life. It features independently suspended wheels with spot rotation, dual LiDAR with ±3 cm accuracy and 20 m range, and configurable 2D/3D cameras. An industrial PC with ROS support and at least 4 GB RAM and 64 GB storage enables custom development. Capabilities include SLAM mapping, intelligent obstacle avoidance, autonomous navigation, path planning, deep vision AI recognition, and vision-based mobile grasping experiments.
