The DOBOT MG400 is an ultra-compact desktop-grade 4-axis collaborative robot with a footprint smaller than an A4 sheet of paper at 190 by 190 mm. It offers a 750 g maximum payload, 440 mm working radius, and ±0.05 mm repeatability using a servo motor with high-precision encoder and proprietary drive and controller. A vibration suppression algorithm increases multi-joint motion stability time by 60 percent and reduces residual vibration by 70 percent. It supports drag-to-teach, Lua scripting, and graphical programming for users of all levels. The all-in-one design enables quick deployment without external wiring. It targets loading and unloading, assembly, gluing, quality inspection, and transporting in small-batch flexible production for industrial and manufacturing applications.
