The DOBOT M1 Pro is a SCARA robot designed for small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. It offers a 1.5 kg payload, 400 mm working radius, and ±0.02 mm repeatability in an all-in-one 15.7 kg compact design that integrates the control box without additional wiring. It features collision detection for safe human-machine collaboration, with a forearm 40 percent narrower than traditional industrial arms to reduce accidental impacts. Calibration uses scripting and graphical programming via wired or wireless connection to PCs, tablets, and smartphones. An added encoder interface supports dynamic grabbing and tracking with multithread and on-the-fly I/O controls. It targets loading and unloading, assembly, gluing, quality inspection, and transporting in light industry manufacturing.
