The DexForce W1 Pro is an AI-defined wheeled humanoid robot with up to 40 degrees of freedom in its full configuration and 34 DOF in the differential chassis variant. Standing 1,636 mm tall and weighing 110 kg, it features dual 7-DOF arms with 10 kg single-arm payload and ±0.5 mm repeatability. A dual-PC architecture delivers over 300 TOPS total computing power with 1 kHz full-body real-time control and 0.1 N force control precision over EtherCAT. Perception includes 6 cm baseline humanoid binocular vision, LiDAR-based SLAM navigation, and optional wrist RGB-D cameras. With 8-hour battery life, differential or omnidirectional chassis options, and support for dexterous hands or two-finger grippers, it targets data collection, research and education, commercial services, elderly care, and intelligent manufacturing.
