The M20D and M21D from Bynav are GNSS/INS high-precision positioning and heading modules based on the Alice 22 nm automotive-grade GNSS SoC with 1500 channels. They provide full-constellation multi-frequency tracking with dual-antenna heading capability, 1 cm plus 1 ppm RTK horizontal accuracy, anti-jamming up to 65 dBc, L-Band and CLAS support, NRTK/PPP/PPP-RTK, and various interfaces. They feature 50 Hz GNSS observation output, cold start under 30 seconds, RTK initialization under 5 seconds, and are designed for autonomous driving, drones, robots, and precision agriculture.
