The M20, M21, and M22 from Bynav are GNSS/INS high-precision positioning modules based on the Alice 22 nm automotive-grade GNSS SoC with 1507 channels. They feature 54 pins in an LGA package with full-constellation full-frequency tracking, anti-jamming up to 65 dBc against single-frequency, multitone, sweeping, pulse, and narrowband interference, L-Band and CLAS support, NRTK/PPP/PPP-RTK, and various interfaces. M21 includes built-in IMU, with 1 cm plus 1 ppm RTK accuracy, under 5-second RTK initialization, and RTK solution delay under 50 ms.
